SOME OF MY PAST ACHIEVEMENTS

There are many people who claim to be able to drive Digital Tranformation, but only very few who can actually execute on their claims.

A priority to me is to always understand what the customer requires and make this available to them in the most efficient way possible.

Contributed to the development, industrialization, manufacturing and commercial launch of 20+ products of varying size and complexity (Cell phones, Netcom equipment, consumer electronics and medical devices).
Successfully created an outsourcing strategy from scratch, and established an Off-shore Dev Center in India.
Supporting portfolio management with Corporate Mgmt., governing a portfolio with annual R&D spend of €40-50M.
Supported the pioneering innovation process for award winning product (Dako Omnis) and established co-development partnership with Swiss technology company.
My career has been spent in multi-cultural environments and in a highly international context, with customers, suppliers and partners from 30+ countries.
Participated in successful Turn-around improving earnings dramatically in international CleanTech company.
Served as Vice President, Product Development / Group R&D (CTO) in Brunata A/S - A Danish Cleantech business.
